2.14.12 Valentines Day ♥

An afternoon for lovers and admirers. We celebrated Valentines last Tuesday with SEE’s presentation; An Afternoon of Music and Verses. Everything was all about love. Well, I have to admit that I was inspired by those verses and songs, even though I don’t really have a ‘special someone’ right now, the verses were just really…touching. My favorite part were the hand-cuffs, since I don’t have much to do like be with someone that afternoon, I just joined my friends’ pranks on my other friends by setting up hand-cuffs on them with their partners. I also have to admit that I got bored since mostly my friends left me alone because some of them have their own special dates with them or its either someone was hand-cuffed with them and I don’t really have a ‘special guy’ yet, but I had fun watching some lovebirds giggling together.

What’s really disappointing about Valentines is that people only shows their affection on someone else only during this day. Seriously? If you love him/her, don’t wait for just one day in 365 days to show them you love them. If you really want to earn their love, you gotta prove them that you’re worth it, not by showing up once in 365 days.

I guess Valentines Day isn’t really my day yet, and it’s ok. I’m not in a hurry for these stuff, if it’s not meant to be, then don’t insist, you’ll just get disappointed. I’m just sitting here, patiently waiting, even if takes forever. :]
